Dr. Hunter is a Board Certified Pediatrician who has been providing care to the children of Ben Hill County since 2008.  Dr. Hunter has been employed by South Central Primary Care Center since July 2012.
Dr. Hunter attended the Berry College in Rome, Georgia, where he received a BS in Biology and Chemistry in 1974.  He then attended the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine where he graduated as an M.D. in 1978.  Dr. Hunter is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.  Dr. Hunter is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a member of the Georgia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Medical Association.
