Behavioral Health
SCPCC provides outpatient services to help individuals with mental health and addictive disease issues. We want to assist our patients in becoming healthy mentally and physically simultaneously. Services are tailored to the individual and are based on patient needs and preferences. Services provided include diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. It is our goal to provide high quality services through our caring and professional staff by understanding how a person thinks, feels, and learns.

Diagnostic Assessment
Understanding of how a person thinks, feels, and learns; as well as how they
interact and interpret their world.

Process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD),
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Anger Problems.

Certain actions you can take to help reduce your anxiety/ distress at any given
moment

Goal Setting
Help addressing emotional or behavioral difficulties.

Group Therapy
Psychotherapy in which therapists treat a small group of clients together.

Family Therapy
Change the interaction patterns of family members, restructuring of distorted
beliefs and perceptions that develop as a result of faulty interaction.
