About Us
SCPCC Doctors, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and support staff are committed to building better futures for our patients through the delivery of quality health care and education regardless of language, gender, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, physical and mental capacity, age, religion, housing status, and the ability to pay. Particular attention, however, is directed to reaching the low-income, uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid/Medicare, and vulnerable populations.
Primary Care Specialties
SCPCC provides primary care specialties of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Most medical problems can be handled at our offices, but if a specialist is needed, an appointment will be made for you as a referral from your physician. If you have a referral, make schedule an appointment today.
After Hours Coverage
SCPCC offers after hours coverage to our patients. A physician is always available by phone after hours for both adults and children. He/she may be reached by calling the number of the office at which the patient is seen. All phones are forwarded to an answering service at the close of each business day, weekends, and holidays.
